Quote from article:-

"Three men - aged 20, 25 and 26 - have been arrested. The two older men were later bailed to return to a London police station on October 12."

Do you think that they will turn up at said police station?

Don't you have to surrender your passport to the police while on bail, making doing-a-runner more difficult?

nope, cheap for proximity to London. Croydon is a complete hole though. I've never been to a town where so many people try & stare you out.
