Anyone know what the scam is here.

I got as far as the too good to be true therefore it isn't true bit but can't understand what the point actually is..

I have noticed that whatever you click on it is hyperlinked to his e-mail address.

Hmmmm

but surely you want to go see it first? then hand over the reddies in exchange for the log book and keys..

....

Just before the heavies turn up and beat the keys, logbook and your credit cards out of you...

maybe..

Getting idiots to send you some money, not necessarily all of it, is far easier and less complictaed.

You send him the £1000 depo and he ignores your attempts to contact him and keeps the money.

Strange, in the fact if you click on anything, including the feedback, it opens an e mail.
Someone's doctored the listing

Just done a member search on his id, and he has been a member for years and has over 400 feedback, if someone asked me I would say he was real but the listing is seriously dodgey the whole page is hyperlinked, i recon someone has hyjacked his id and is on the scam, but I don't think the guy knows about it. Might be wrong

Hey! Stop a minute!

Have you taken a gander?

Since I looked earlier....

" This listing (4578470685) has been removed by eBay or is no longer available."

...is what you get from that link!
