But I also seem to remember it was a suggestion rather than rule.
I also remember them saying that it was up to the teams discretion whether adhered to.
But then again, I might be nuts too.

IIRC, a few years ago in the Far East they setup holiday companies called Silk Cut Vacations, Marlboro Trips etc. These "holiday" companies were allowed to advertise on prime time telly
