It not for me its for a friend (yes cheesy i know) tried fancy dress places and ebay we have got superman tee and pants and braces just need a mask.

You got time to make one? Just a thought, used to knock up masks in A level art all the time. Papier mache is dead easy. As long as you can paint it afterwards quite well.

Alternatively, try a google for prop supplies, amateur dramatics etc. Might come up trumps

Not sure, but I have some in the bottom of my desk drawer... I'll mail them to you... they are a bit fluffy though, hence the request for a fresh packet
