Is this a scam (the answer's probably yes), or is it genuine? Has anyone been given an iPod by one of these. Something like this was on the Beeb a bit ago, and I can't remember what they made of it.

Cheers,

It works like this:

1. You register
2. You sign up for an offer (3 DVDs, Bingos.co.uk subscription etc.)
3. You introduce 5 others who have to do points 1. and 2.

Numerous threads have been started by "new members" posting their free ipod/DVD/TV/camera/laptop etc... url with their code referral link at the end on here. They are deleted and the poster given an instant ban.

They are as scammy as a scammy scam can get.
