Not exactly a normal question, but does anyone know who does the song that has been playing at the start of the Vertigo Tour before the band come on? It's also the abcking music for the BBC1 Autumn adverts. Can't find out anywhere, and thought that someone on Pistonheads might know!

Was at all 3 Dublin gigs where, as far as I can remember, they walked on to the guitar riff from Vertigo.

Have loads of video footage but didn't film them walking on. Sorry!

I heard on Radio 1 last week it was a track from a Canadian band.

Cant for the life of me remember what or who.

I think it was on Jo Whiley, her Wonder Years feature I think.

Holy Smoked Salmnon Batman.

They DID play that as U2 walked on stage. As soon as the clip started the hairs on my neck stood straight up. Memory of it mustof kinda got lost in the euphoria of the moment.

BUMPITY BUMP!

Been watching the DVD of the Chicago show from May. Was released yesterday (Saturday). Quite good. I've heard better reviews than it actually is. However, our surround system is completly kaput at the moment so will reserve proper judgement till I hear it in all it's glory. Still a great show all the same.

Like the 2 DVDs from the Elevation tour, the outdoor gig from Slane was alot better than Boston, I'm now really looking forward to the Croke Park show.
