You should have a button on your keyboard called PrtScn or Print Screen. Click it and paste into photoshop or similar.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it's a winner and I can't prove it, talk me through it simply???? I've got the screen press PrtSc nothing appears to happen? can't paste it into word using ctrl V and don't have photoshop sorry I'm crap at doing the techie bit but a good kitten gunner

Don't think you can paste it into word. And anyway, how would you uplift it to a web site as a word document unless people want to download the doc and then open it to see you were telling the truth.

Do you not have any simple photo manipulation software? Paintshop, summat like that?
