The wife used to work for a company that handled phone calls for a number of water cooler companies.

She has a few oppinions about the bad ones ...ie the ones that didnt collect, or the ones that would not cancel peoples accounts dispite of people requesting...
email me if you want to know which ones to avoid like the plague

Due to the naming and shaming rules I cannot tell you about the company whose water coolers have broken down and leaked all over our office floor several times now - and they got stroppy when we said we were cancelling the contract

However, if you were to take the word 'wow-wop' and spell it backwards it might give you a clue as to who to avoid.

Spotted them in Makro yesterday.

Cooler units about sixty quid. 18(?) litre bottles ten quid......I think.

Agree with the tap thing......

Seemed to be very good at delivering water that hadn't been ordered...

Had no problems with the cooler itself, but that may have been because it was originally supplied by another company that "wow-wop" subsequently took over...

Go for the mains fed plumbed in ones - the con with the bottles is that even though they'll 'give you' the machines you have to pay extortionate money for the bottles of water. And store them, lift them and remember to order them.

Try these: www.zipheaters.co.uk/fukp.htm
