I can only put your delusion down to the exuberance of youth.

Dunking a chocolate covered biscuit of any sort is a hit and miss affair, leaves skid marks on the cup at the very best.

Digestive, now thats a biscuit with its feet on the ground...

You cant dunk most chocolate covered biscuits. If the drink is hot, the chocolate melts before the buiscuit is suitibly soft but if the drink is cold the chocolate doesnt soften enough. A happy medium is beyond my skill

As such it needs to be plain to be dunked. Gingersnaps are good for that

The hobnob filled chocolate bars are absolutly divine as a snack though

Personally I'd rather suck my tea through Natalie Imbruglia than a Tam Tam, but each to his own...

I do like a choccy hob nob from time to time, but an experiment I have devised conclusively proves that they're not the best biscuit of all time [*]

Bascially, we have builders in at the moment & we've given them free reign of the garage for storing tools, making tea etc. To keep them on side, we left them a couple of packets of hob nobs on the workbench next to the teabags and sugar... In the week they've been here, neither packet has been so much as opened!

[*] Either that, or it proves that today's builders are rather healthier than we give them credit for...

Hmmm Tim Tams not bad at all.

Anything combining biscuit, caramel and chocolate is good in my book.
