It seems the sh:censored:t is about to hit the fan in a big way. Documents from the inquest into De Menezes' shooting have been leaked to ITN news:
Some of the more interesting points:
1. He was tailed from the block of flats, but not positively identified or videod because one of the surveillance officers was "relieving himself" at the time.

4. He entered by the middle doors, and sat down, facing the platform. He was being followed closely by a surveillance officer, armed officers were "catching up"
5. The armed officers entered the train and challenged him, he stood up and the surveillance officer grabbed him pushing him back into the seat.
6. He was shot in the seat, by [b]two[/b] officers.
Puts all that mis-information into perspective don't you think?
