Errr, that sad man is me!!! Bought it purely to help a fellow PH'er when cash is (obviously) tight!!!
The thing is i was going to bolt a couple of brackets on each side and sling it back on as a reconditioned phone!!!
First bolt hole went fine, metal straps attached successfully.
I had the phone in a vice and I was drilling through the second bolt hole.
Quite a bit of resistance on this one, slung the DW 18v onto major hammer action.
Still no major progress.......then the worst smell filled my shed, chemical warfare at its worst.
After abandoning the said shed and slinging up the "chemical hazard..do not enter" signs, I realised I was drilling through the battery!!!
I eventually entered my mini Chernobyl a couple of days later and dumped the evidence of my numpty enterprise!!
Simpo...you nearly killed me for 27p!!!

BTW I've emailed your tie listing to some guy in America who only buys police memorabilia etc, he bought a couple of mugs off me
