iPAQs With Integrated Keyboards

Hi

I'm thinking of getting an [url]iPAQ hw5115|http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/uk/en/sm/WF05a/21675-21679-21679-21679-297609-12158068.html[/url] and am expecting to enter quite a lot of text in it several times a day (think long emails rather than multiple page documents).

So, the question is, how good, or not, are the integrated keyboards and how do they compare to the handwriting recognition facility?

If the keyboards don't make much practical difference then should I consider a [url]Dell Axim?|http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/category.aspx/handheld?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs[/url]

I do want to stick with Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 as the Operating System, but if anyone has any other PDA suggestions in mind that I haven't considered that fit that constraint I'd be happy to hear them.

I look at the Blackberrys but they don't seem to run on Windows Mobile unless I've missed something?

No they have their own OS, but they're better suited for emails on the move if thats the main application.

The Microsoft Windows Mobile OS is a must unfortunately, but thanks for your help anyway.

AM currently getting a 6515 to see if I like the integrated keyboard - quite enjoyed a beta Palm one I had a few years back.
I suspect its a case of go to Dixons and try one, with a given paragraph, to see what the typing is like. I have used the HP expandable keyboard for years now - its around the ZX80 keyboard size, but is another thing to carry around.

Mate of mine has just ordered the bluetooth infrared keyboard jobbie - the ones which project a picture of the keyboard, and you type on that.

Agree about the Windows Mobile thing though. Try playing the Matrix movies on the crackberry
