Haven't used them before, but they seem to be selling the US version only.
You might run into problems if you want to play movies. The US version is region 1, and the Japanese and European versions are region 2
The games are region-free though, so that shouldn't make a difference.
I did try to order a PSP through nuplayer, but my order wasn't fulfilled due to legal proceedings on behalf of Sony
Two guys at work have Wipeout, and the network multiplayer is great!
I'm just waiting for GTA and GT4 to be released

The games aren't region locked, but if you're thinking of watching films on a PSP you'd be best off grabbing a Jap version (Japan and UK are region 2).
Not heard of Import Madness myself, but www.yesasia.com and www.lik-sang.com are doing some good deals at the mo (£160 inc shipping) for the Jap version and are well reputed.

I got mine from lik-sang - and got fully stung with import duty
Make sure you have a go on one first and dont get swept along with the hype! While I think they are an amazing bit of kit - I find it uncomfortable to use for any lenght of time and frankly find most of the games dull (after the initial WOW has worn off). I'll probably stick mine on ebay and buy another one if some more indepth games come out Must be getting old!

Must be getting old!I am getting tempted by one, but really for the ability to watch vids and surf the 'net wirelessly (handy for killing time in the airport/on hols). £160 plus potentially import duty is a bit much though, I think Ebay might be the answer.

After the inital wow factor wears off, you do realise that almost all the games are terrible, there's always this feeling in the back of your mind that you should be infront of your TV playing 'proper' games on your PS2. Anyway, I now only use my PSP for one thing... emulation! I've got hundreds of Megadrive, SNES, NES and NeoGeoCD all running on it, and that's enough to keep me happy until Gran Turismo comes out.

Very easy, type www.google.co.uk into your address bar, then type what you want to search into the box on the google page. You can't wreck anything by doing a google search.

Theres a Comp Games forum where we've discussed the PSP at length.
Gamewise, Wipeout Pure is great. RidgeRacer Revolutions is fab *if* you're a RR fan.
I'm currently still horribly addicted to Mercury. Fab game.
And Untold Ledgends is a baulders Gate type RPG hack/slash em up then hex 'em till they glow. Cool, if again you like that sort of thing.

I've heard it's not illegal if you already own the game...
Indeed it is, but Nintendo have been known to get heavy with some websites when the post links to ROMs... I don't want to get Ted in trouble (again

I use mine as a little MP3 player. Plonked a 1 gb memory stick in it. The games are visually playstation standar, in general, but look good because of the reletively small screen. You connect to web via usb, although i haven't done this, only to transfer music, etc. Good little bit of kit, and hopefull it will get a load of addons for allsorts of stuff! Not really sure why anyone would buy a UMD movie though. Its not like you will forever watch movie on the psp. If they had a connector to connect to TV though, it would be a different story.
