Where to get breakfast.....

Cheese Steak Omelette with a side of Bert's Chilli for breakfast with a large OJ and endless Coffee :lick: sets me up for the day.......

I am going to the North East US i.e. NY, MA etc. and it appears that there are no Waffle Houses in these states :( I know there is Huddle House but they only appear in the South East.
So, my question is where do I get breakfast when I am there later this month?

We had a bad steak there too, as it was way smaller than quoted in the menu. We complained and the manager agreed, so we got vouchers for a free breakfast Was all you can eat

I was put off Waffle House following my first and only visit. After scarfing down a couple of platefulls, I then spent the rest of the day cowering in the bathroom at my hotel whilst my body spectacularly rejected their waffley offerings.

Actually I have in a truckstop in Florida as well as grits.

I've done IHOP, Denny's etc., just wondered if there is a local (N.E. US) franchised restaurant chain like Waffle House / Huddle House?
Also anyone experienced Canada (Toronto area breakfasts?)

Last time I asked a question like this had a wonderful time at the Baja Cantina in Monterey (thanks to The Wiz for that tip).

There must be someone either US based or with experience of the N.E. US / Canada..........

Rudest waitresses in history, food thats not at all good for you that tastes bloody fantastic. Theres a WaHo in Norcross, Georgia that has been open for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since 1951.

I never understood why they had locks on the doors though...

Dont describe a full english out there, you get bacon, sausage, tomatoes etc but on seperate bloody plates.

WaHo is South Eastern generally, there head office is in Norcross, GA.

Dont really know the NE so cant say, thought Huddle House were all over though.

When I am in the US I like to order French toast, English muffins and Belgian waffles, only because they are soooooooooo hard to find in France, England & Belgium respectively!

Oh, and watch the World Series on telly and root for the team that is not from the US or Canada.
