I am quite naive when it comes to carnal matters, evidenced last night by an incident:

:sperm:
I have recently acquired a new lady dog (BITCH) from the rescue centre who this week has come, what the experts tell me is 'on heat', or horny. I already have a little boy dog who has made attempts to play 'hide Mr Fruit' with her. I found this quite amusing as he has no ginads and could quite get the direction.

At about 8.30pm on Friday night I heard an amount of squealing and yelping and on investigation found the two engaged in an intimate embarce, bum-to-bum and they were stuck fast.

Inexperienced as I am in these matters I tried to assist with a 'disengagement' which just aggravated he situation with her dragging him around the house backwards. I rang people for who I had respect who might have knowldege as to what to do but they knew nowt and eventually I rang the very expensive emergency vet.

FYI, this is quite normal and this is how doggies do 'IT'. After about 20 minutes of panting she did a funny twisty thing and it was over, save for mopping up his rather mangled todger. They both looked sheepish and perhaps a bit guilty. I felt I have infringed a very sensitive moment, like walking in on a teenage son doing it and then ringing friends to tell them.

I have added this to my list of things I have learned this week in case it comes up on who wants to be a millionaire and I am the 'phone a friend'.

Good news is I told a neighboutr who had been ill and it cheered her up no end.:sperm:

Yep. The dog has a "bulb" on the base of his dick which swells up and locks them together. The idea is that while they're locked together his sperm reaches her eggs so making sure that the pups are his and not the next dog's.

This morning they are both avoiding eye contact, as if perhaps it was a bit of a mistake and they fear it may undermine their previously growing friendship.

'Tied' is the term in our house. Dad used to breed springers (working ones, not the idiot show versions).

I knew this thread would be good from the title, didn't expect it to be this funny.
Tip top.

Turned this boy's bleak Monday right around, thanks.
