Now despite having been involved professionally with media elements of the bid, Up until now I have never really given that much thought to London actually winning the bid.
I was always of the opinion "It would be good to win it" but that was about all.
Now with the decision immenent, I have found myself getting engrossed in wanting London to win the bid!
I have already decided that if the games do come to the UK, I will take my son (who will be 9 in 2012) to as many events as I can.... because he will probably never get the chance again!
