Yep, but have they put motorway driving training in the test yet?
If you're going to do 110 mph when there are enough cars around to fill 3 lanes of motorway then you're going to have to expect inexperienced, inept or malicious drivers as a matter of safety.

I think that what you are saying is that he knew you were there and did it on purpose as a deliberate and spitefull act to slow you down in his own stupid and misguided interpretation of what constitutes road safety.
The correct course of action would be to have steered gently into his rear offside three quarter panel with a steady throttle and into lane 2 whilst pushing him into a spin in lane 3 as you come out unharmed and in control and proceed along your merry way in lane 2.

Surely the TWAT is the bloke who is upset that at 110 he had to slow down...
And no, I am not anti -speed, but if you have to hit the anchors at 110 then the bottom line is that the speed was inappropriate in the context of other road users.
And this is from a bloke who regularly goes much faster than that in the small hours of the morning on empty roads I hasten to add.
So i'm with the Rover driver on this occasion.

Remember, it was a Rover. As such, it could have been a mechanical (steering) failure.
If it wasn't, I'm not sure that praising the demise of tens of thousands of jobs is a balanced response - especially when the prats in charge took tens of millions out of the company.

Ledfoot that is entirely the type of attitude that gets the authorities backs up. I Love speed try 190mph on two wheels in the right place at the right time. To me if you’re doing over 1.0 leptons then really you are in the lap of the gods as regards other motorists and their utter and total incompetence which as we know oh so well is at epidemic levels.
As for MG Rover I am probably in a very small minority who feel general empathy for the workers and families of the company who after all were not really to blame for generations of gross mismanagement and asset stripping. Now if it were a BMW then that would be a very different matter

The big down side of Rover going bust is now numpties will buy other makes and will be much harder to spot!

you cannot interpret every move another road user might make, even less a malicious driver pulling out into the path of someone he wanted to slow down/shock/annoy. fair enough he could have lifted off and readied himself for the possibility of numptyness emanating from the aforementioned motor vehicle IMO when coming across another car on the carriageway but to call his speed inappropriate just because a fellow driver reacted in a moronic manner is not correct in my view

And if some grandma spends 1ms longer getting across the crossing that you are waiting at - we should have forced euthanasia at 65.
