ebay scam monkey

Got outbid on a couple of personalised plates for a 911 got this bogus 'second chance offer' from some random foreign scammer:

Ebay graphically demonstrates just how many thieving little scrotes there are out there.

These people literally spend their time surfing ebay and emailing people in an attempt to con them out of their hard earned money.

Ebay need to face up to their responsibilities and stop people registering without fully verified identity details and credit cards.

I had heaps like this from when I tried to buy a Barograph for my fathers 70th birthday.

I bidded on a few items and after these auctions finished I got loads of emails for the item saying I was being offering it as the first bidder had pulled out.

Funny that when you contact these scammers asking for a phone number to call them on they all go quiet.

I tried leading a few on, with me pointing out how happy I was to have been offered the second chance on the auction, and how important it was that I contact them immediately so that I could guarentee delivery of the item.

Of course eventually they all go suspiciously quiet at which point I just send the entire email conversation to E-Bay and their account gets suspended.

Feckers the lot of them, but interestingly, people must be falling for it otherwise these people surely wouldn't persist. (Praps I'm in the wrong business )

just got this. I have asked for details of the plate and the costs.

I have to tell you that the person who won my auction finally proved to be a liar and refuse to acquire the product because of its lack of money.
Anyway, in order to resell my product, I contacted the other bidders of my auction in order to offer them a new chance to acquire my product. This service is called Second Chance Offer and it is approved by eBay. You`ve been the first to answer. In this case, if you are interested in my product, the price will be your last bid in my auction, this including also the shipment of the product. I know that it sounds to good to be true, but this are the rules established by eBay, not by me.
Please notify ASAP (as soon as possible) if you are interested and I will contact eBay for the invoice.
I will ask you too to confirm your name and address, wich are needed for the shipping company.
As soon as I will have your answer, eBay will contact you by email and provide you with all the data needed to conclude this business fast, safe and in an honest way. Thank you.
PS: Because my agent did not succeed to sell this product in my absence, I decided to take this auction on my own, as I am the owner of this product, which is the same of the eBay auction and not a duplicate. For the moment I am not home and I have the product with me (Plymouth ), so I'll pay the shipment and insurance of the product, so do not worry about this.

Tell him you want to pay him £2500 for the plate, then he is to return the difference to your associate in Karachi....
