Saw one yesterday here in Grand Junction, Colorado as a matter of fact. It was out flying a couple of landings and looked very pretty. I think it was one of the CAF airplanes.

I think that there are around 7 airworthy around the world. There is one other one in Europe, "Pink Lady", which is based in France. The rest are in the US.

I remember Clarkson did a piece on the confederate airforce on one of his motorworld/extreme machines type programmes.
Those guys have got some fantastic aircraft and are real enthusiasts.

I was lucky enough to get on board Sally B when she was parked ready for take off at an air display, it would have been a shame if she couldn't cruise the skies again.
