According to the adverts on ebay they do, can't imagine they would be much better than any other hron you could buy from toy stores/fancy dress shops.
Although it does have pot noodle on it so that does make it kind of desirable, but I just cant lower myself to buy one or eat the actual contents and try and win one.

Suppose I could always get someone else with no taste buds to eat them til I win a horn...... but isn't that classed as torture?
