Any Free Countries Remaining?

In light of recent events concerning new GPS tracking and national ID cards...

Are there any countries remaining that are free? That is, no socialist tax structures, no items banned for "public safety" purposes, no government leaders pushing to control the population's every move... Or were the US and UK the last ones to leave this club?

Somalia up until recently didnt even have a government. Lots of 'freedom' to be had there.

Antarctica is looking pretty sweet too.

I think you would find Antarctica very un- free as it is basically governed by large corporations.
