Help - need plummer in Leeds

Hot water tank has decided to spring a leak.

Need a recommendation for a plumber in Leeds.

House is only 4 years' old - can I make a claim from the NHBC insurance?

My home insurance will only cover repairs to the ceiling but not cough up the cost of the plumber or tank replacement.
