my 7 year old hotpoint Fridge freezer is on its last legs and I wanted to look around for a new one. But the only place I know of is Amazon but they don't sell large kitchen appliances.

Does anyone know of a good reasonable online retailer who sell Fridge freezers

cheers

I just bought a range cooker from www.bootskitchenappliances.com/
Saved £300 off the best high street price I could find.

7 years is pretty crap isn't it? Don't buy another one like it!

Try www.clearance-comet.co.uk

Basically a lot of older lines, full warranties usually, although some are returns/slightly damaged so you have to be careful at checking why the product's there before you bid.

We got our Bosch for about £120 iirc, ideal given that we're just setting up our first home and money is tighter than a duck's posterior.

Had the same Microwave over 15 years!! I like it as it is a Combo and pretty big but my other half would like a smaller one but it won't break. Had the last Fridge/Freezer about ten years and sold it on. See how long the new one lasts.

I wish mine would! It's a big brown one with Bejam on the front; my parents bought it in about 1982; I 'inherited' it in about 1987 and it still works perfectly. I hope it will go bang so I can justify getting a nice shiny new one

I got mine from www.kitchenscience.co.uk. It was quite pricey as it was one of those stainless steel jobs that stands around 7ft

Should last longer than 7 years. How can you work a fridge hard?
Ours is 10 years old and only just run in. It sits by the boiler so its kept nice and warm.......
