Quick laptop question - outdoor readable screens.
Discussion
I recently did the 'what laptop' thing. I followed PH advice and bought a very tough IBM T series. They're rather over built, even including hard drive airbags! Screen is still odd outside though. Maybe you'll need a visor for it.
I did consider the one your looking at, but it's a bit of a waste of money when you upgrade it in a couple of years, for more power, new spec etc.

proper outdoor screens are pretty expensive.
You can buy specific seperate ones for nautical applications etc but if you're looking for a laptop then the toughbook is probably the best you'll get as far as I'm aware.
One I did see the other day that i was pretty impressed with was the sony u90(?) v small 8 in screen but pretty good outside, touch sensitive etc etc - not available in the uk but you can import.
