I wish I'd voted labour

Yes, I do. I never thought I would ever write a thread title like that, but I really wish I had voted labour yesterday.
Don't mistake me. I hate the lying, crimimal-appeasing, chav-loving newly re-elected administration as much as the next PH poster. However, I live in Bethnal Green and Bow, and our sitting labour MP (Oona King - useless bint that she was) was ousted by George Galloway, and his pathetic excuse for a political party that is Respect. That man is a very nasty piece of work, and I think that he is genuinely a worse bet than nu-labia.
Oona was reliable - she always took over 6 months to respond to letters, but I think that she at least had a slight hint of concern for her local area. George Galloway is (or has) just used the area for a political stunt, and as a local MP I am utterly sure he will be completely useless. He doesn't give a sh1t for the people in his constituency, he has simply used it as a springboard to get a seat in parliament, in order to heckle bLiar.
(I also think that it is ironic that he gained his seat by appealing to the votes of a largely-immigrant population, as this is the demographic that he was targetting. So, these immigrants come in from another country, vote for a candidate who has no interest in the country in which they now live - note, not the country they call home - simply in order to show their support for the parts of the world they have recently left. <Triggers 968's flashing-lights-and-sirens>
