Has anyone been there? What's it like? I'm going there tomorrow and have managed to get myself and friends on the guest list but is it worth the hassle or should I just go to Liquid? Ta all!

Its alright, its a pub/club in Windsor.

Full of Slough boys in Ben Sherman shirts like just about everywhere else.

Liquid on a Thursday is probably the best night in Windsor.

That's what I've heard but unforuntately i can't make Thursday night.

So sat night it is! Although it took a lot of convincing to get them to put me on the guest list! It was only when i told them there were more girls than blokes coming! (Plus thats also a bonus for us )

No shortage of young ladies at all...

But again its somewhat ruined by its proximity to Slough...

You might want to try the House on Bird Hill up the road.

What sort of things do you have going on there.

As far as I know, there is a Kiss 100 DJ at HL on Sat and there is a XXX Television X audition night at Liquid (which means masses of chavs hence although it sounded a laugh, i'm going to try and avoid it).

P.S. you could always round it off with a fight outside the kebab shop in Victoria Steet opposite William Street!!!

No Thank god!
Had enough last week dealing with the Asian man preaching the Christian Gospel to the swans on Eton Bridge and the man with the sheep on his head!

Week end off. I don't patrol Windsor anymore as I have changed roles but I was guesting there on Tuesday fro the guard change!

You have very low standards of observation which you apparently fail to maintain !

Things must have changed since I left - no chavs knew about the Wells, so it was always pleasant. Come to think of it, the Station was full of nice sorts too. What's happened to Ascot since I left? I'd move back and sort it out, but I'm still working on parts of guildford.

The station is usually ok. Liquid can get full of chavs but its not too bad.

This TVX thing is going to be a magnet for them though.........although it'll be a laugh at the "battles" that lie ahead for this executive job!

The Wells has gone, and as with most pubs round these parts, has been replaced by a resturant.

Jagz (the Station) is still going strong and is good for a pint at lunchtime or a full on clubbing session. The Stag is also a Gastro pub, and Ollies is closed for renovation.

BTW whilst in Windsor if you want a nice pre-clubbing pint then head to the Two Brewers by the castle. It's a bit of a walk, but well worth it IMHO.

I'll keep the Two Brewers in mind......Jagz is my normal port of call for a night out with a bit of clubbing. The live bands can be quite good some nights. I had a friend of mine play there the other day. They're called Wire Jesus (not a religeous band!!!).

When you say the Stag, do you mean the Stag and Hounds in Binfield?
