The Highwayman

Though that was a series, not a film.

Aha! The film version was called Terror On The Black Top.

You are. Bigandclever is just going along with it for a laugh. When was this on? I really can’t remember ever seeing anything remotely like it.

Its one of those series the yanks were fond of in the 80’s. Undercover agent using a high tec helicopter (Airwolf), bike (Street Hawk) or car (Night Rider) to fight crime. I don’t think it was very popular as it did not run for long and almost no one has heard of it.

Was it any good, depends on whether you like any of the aformentioned films if you do then you will like The Highwayman.

One of our company Directors is called Ken and he specialises in making Ultrasonic inspection probes. These probes operate at different frequencies according to application; for almost a decade I have been looking for the opportunity, when discussing probes, to ask him:

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

Are you a bear?

Then why the big paws?

I don't know what he is referring to either.

"What's the frequency, Kenneth?" is the title of a song by the popular pop beat combo REM

Take him out for a drink and offer him the choice of Bar a or Bar b. I would pay good money to see Ken enter Bar B.
