Voting priorities ...

Sorry, another election thread. Pass along if it isn't of interest to you ...
But what are your priorities as far as voting in the upcoming election? There seem to be several principal that the politicians are campaigning on, but what are the important ones for you?
Mine are crime (big, big priority) and transport.
Crime, as I see crime as getting way out of hand in this country. Violent crime particularly. And I don't blame the police entirely - I do believe that they are stretched far enough as it is. They need more respources to tackle the problem.
Transport because motoring in this country is going down the pan, very rapidly. You don't have to read much of this forum to realise this.
Taxes, yes, a little. I don't mind paying high taxes if I get a decent country to live in.
Immigration is not a direct concern to me; my concerns here are indirect. I see immigrants are much more likely to commit crime, and abuse of immigration rules is a crime in itself. If immigrants integrated properly, and adhered to the laws of the land, I wouldn't have too much of a problem with them.
Education/Pensions/Hospitals/Benefits don't matter a jot. I am young, have no kids, and am lucky enough to enjoy excellent health. (I agree that this is short-sighted, as it probably won't be long before my parents need of health care increases, and I will care more about pensions in 25 years time.)

Taxes are probably a bigger concern for me-becuase if Labour win they will need to raise taxes substantially in order to cover their spending plans.
Other key differences are as you mentioned-policies on crime, immigration and Transport.
All areas where the Tories have come up with sensible proposals.
