Went very well.

Doesn't pay any more than what I currently earn though. The long-term prospects are slightly better than in my current job, and the hours could be a fair bit longer.

But I would get to work outside and in some interesting places.

Worth accepting?

Go to your current employer and see if they will up the ante!

Working outside wins hands down though.

I just had an interview as well but I don't think it went too well. They asked me some pointed questions about my communication style which means my old manager has been twisting the knife. I'm quite upset about it because I know he had some problems with me and I spoke to him recently and said that I wanted to move on and not keep having negative stuff dredged up all the time and clearly he has ignored me.

I don't hold out much hope and it's a shame because it would have been an excellent opportunity.
