There were also allegations in Reading during the last council elections of fraud - guess who won the seat?

Let's just hope Michael Howard gives them severe hell over 'Labour Sleaze'. Labour have given them plenty of ammo; it's time to get stuck in and use it.

So they are stupid enough to get caught. At least lets vote in a party that can hide some good old-fashioned vote rigging!

That is your own opinion-personally i don't think it is widespread in Labour and not present at all in the other two main parties.

i'm no fan of old Labour - mostly voted Tory in the past - but this doesn't surprise me at all.

Blair and his cronies seem to bow/pander to anyone regardless of their beliefs or background - at least old Labour had some sort of socialist ethic at heart.

with the old Tories, it was mostly limited to getting your chums on the board of directors etc.

Keith Vaz, Mandelson, Campbell at al...

personally i'd swap the lot of them for old Paddy 'Pantsdown' or any number of the old Tory 'Trousersnake' MPs anyday -
at least their dishonesty was limited to bonking the odd secretary/hooker.

The Conservatives are making some ground, but I just don't feel they are attacking aggressively enough. This is the purest example of political sleaze yet and Labour needs to have its nose rubbed hard in it.

The COnservatives should be pushing the case on speed cameras, Ken Livingstone and the Congestion Charge increase. They should be complaining about the number of convicted IRA and Loyalist murderers let out of prison by Labour with nothing whatsoever in return. They should be declaring loud and clear that Martin McGuinness and Gerry Adams are the heads of the IRA, unconvicted murderes and that they will never deal with them.
