Personally I prefer Chav's because you can still be in Employment, Education orTraining and still be Chav scum.

While you can also be a NEET and not be Chav scum.

I guess it relates to the "desire" not to be in any of the above! That's what defines a Chav!

Yesterdays Daily Mail had a 2 page spread on them, including an interview with an 18 year old NEET called Charmaine who has 2 kids & gets about £1,000 a month benefit.

Its societies fault...the government have made it easier to live by not wanting to work than they have for people like us who try to do things the "Proper" way.

All in all we're screwed, it's us lot that are paying for all the Chav's & Neet's in the country

In my eye's they are both exactly the same...a bunch of low level eedjuts that dont want to work arent interested in being a member of a "proper" society, abusive, no dress sense, sponging on my Tax, Cans of Stella, bit of "gear", Boyed up Nova, Corsa or Saxo, no taste in music, more kids by the age of 20 then I will have in my lifetime.

Their one in the same, just someone wants to coin a new phrase as Chav is really beginning to wind most people up.
