We all drive... or want to drive TVR's Porsches etc... fuel consumptions probably not a great strength with us

Why don't you do something really useful Dan....expose the human-induced climate change myth?

Here's a starter....

97% of greenhouse gas is water vapour.

Of the remaining 3%, CO2 is a part.

Of that small part, 90% of CO2 occurs naturally.

Therefore man's contribution to geenhouse gas is....bugger all.

So why are we all being conned by governments and the Greenhouse Industry (loadsa money) that we must suffer taxation to save the world from...errr....nothing, really?

Sounds like good viewing to me.

Household bills I go with, but petrol? 75% of the price of petrol is tax - Gordy needs us: if we cut down on petrol, schools and hospitals will have to close... so to save petrol, we would have to drive less (eh?) and in view of the tax take it would be socially irresponsible... hmm... have you tried posting on numptyheads.com or socialistlibrarianheads.com?

Welcome to the real people - the lack of PC may come as a shock but tough it out and you'll find PH is a remarkable place.

My money-saving tip is to smuggle garden waste in with the ordinary rubbish: saves going to the tip. Bag of clippings, a newspaper on top, bish-bosh! Oh yes, and don't ring mobile numbers, you'll save a fortune. Also, save £400pa by dumping Sky TV.

Dan likely won't have an input as to your comments. Chances are he is either a producer, or a researcher, and the show will have already been commissioned based on the information in his post.

The idea of reducing your weekly bills is laudable though.
