Remember a thread a while ago RE: these things purchased an Amana f/freezer a while back (Maytag) and have found the internal water filters for a fraction of the price via a US website. UK charge £45-50 per filter replacing every 6-12 months Just bought 6 for £17 each incl. shipping.
