Hi All,

I've just come back from a weeks skiing with friends in Austria. On the way back the plane was delayed by 24hours and 10 minutes don't ask bit of a nightmare.

Anyway, the airline and tour company seem to want to fob us off with no compensation apart from the meal vouchers. I'm sure I remember hearing something about new EU regulations that came in at the end of feb, that meant the airline was liable for compensation ?

Does anyone know anything about this, or has goen through this

Cheers

Michael
