D`oh!! Obviously too easy

Anyone got a more difficult "chemical cocktail" to guess? I might check out Turkey Twizzlers to see what`s in them!

No flourides so it ain't toothpaste. Lemon scented so shampoo, washing up liquid, floor cleaner or similar. Depends on the proportions of the ingredients.
What is far more frightening is to look at the contents of some processed food, most of which seem to come from chemical factories. I cook from ingredients which, with avoiding tobacco smoke, reduces the noxious poisons going into my body. Got to make room for all the chemicals in red wine.

Clever chaps!

I wasn't a million miles off though - and Chemistry is probably my weakest area. So I'm quite chuffed as my immediate response was CocaCola....but then I thought about it for a mo.

I think it was the scented oils etc that gave it away.

Never had a chemistry course in my life, But a Friend of mine calls me "an Encyclopedia of absolutely useless information, which I can recall at any time".

read fast food nation about the fast food industry in USA and how it changed farming, food production and all sorts of helath issues, and one of the more interesting comments was that designer perfumes are manufactured in the same labs as the smell of french fries, cheese burgers, southern fried chicken and the like.

no idea what you are eating unless it is 100% fresh.

nope, its celery (apparently, he says distancing himself from some possibley shaky chemistry). celery is, allegedly, the only food you can eat that requires more energy to eat than it provides. been carrying that nugget of useless tosh around with me so long that i dont even care if its not true now. just feels good to be rid of it

I have an interesting joke flash file that is supposedly an infomercial for aloe vera, unfortunatly the humour involved is somewhat warped so shouldnt be posted as I dont know what reaction it would get

"By sucking on aloe vera you will glow green and shoot lightning bolts from your ass, Everyone wants to do that!!! And YOU can too..."
