Rachel Hunter is asking for half of Rod's fortune as a divorce settlement which is 35m (Rod's fortune 70m). This is just stupid as she wasn't there 30 odd years ago when he was starting to earn his fortune, or didn't contribute in any way.
If I were the judge I'd give her a percentage of Rod's fortune. eg: if she was with him for 4 years, give her 10%, and that's too much if you ask me.
To me, it just shows why she married him in the first place. Gold digger.

I agree.

Its not as if she hasn't got any money of her own either.

And I thought it was just for his great looks....

Always amazes me what money can do.

A perfect settlement would be for him to get the money and her to get a sweaty trucker - I`ll pick her up on Monday.

Poor Rod.

I recall he said "I'm never marrying again, I'm just going to find a woman I don't like and give her a fg house."

That is fd up.

[Mrs Merton]

So, Rachel. What was it that first attracted you to the multi-millionaire Rod Stewart?

It was actually Steven Segal that said the above quote after one of his numerous breakups. Dont like the guys films but he did make me laugh with that.

Sorry, I have to mention this but I watched a TV special on Steven Segal ("E! True Hollywood story"). The only thing I recall was a guy saying "He runs like a girl". Every time I hear that name that is all I can remember, and it IS TRUE, he runs like a girl. Watch and see.
