Anyone got any info on Calais port and the delays due to docking problems ? Looking to go to Germany on Good Friday and don't need to be stuck in the middle of the channel for hours.

My son went to France last Sunday and his pre-booked crossing was delayed 2 hrs.

Looks like I'm too late to get the times I want with Eurotunnel. Everyone else looks to have switched from the ferry to Eurotunnel.

Ok . so what about going Dover - Boulonge ( spelling ? ) How long is it going to take to get from Boulonge back up to Calais ?

Hi mate,

I just used the Dover - Boulogne service provided by Speed Ferries. Amazing is the word to describe it - fast, clean and friendly crew. Boulogne to Dover is just 28km... The catch - the Easter crossings are sold out...

See you at the Ring - I will be in a Black 320iS with Bulgarian plates on it
