The Spy Game music is credited to a guy called Harry Gregson-Williams who has worked on recent films like Team America, Shrek (and Shrek 2), Phone Booth and the last Bridget Jones.
The piece I think you are referring to was an original piece although it owes a lot to that genre of dancey drum n bass).
Must be a talented guy.
Haven't heard the other piece.

The theme music from the US version of The Apprentice (is the UK the same music? I don't know) is "For the Love of Money" by The O'Jays, them of "Love Train" fame.

Tight black harmonies "Money money money.......money" etc

as per usual OSTs are notoriously expensive (must be something to do with you're paying two interests; the artist and the folk who own the film rights)
HMV is the 'cheapest' I've found at £16.99
