Looking for small builder in Essex/Suffolk area

I need the vent pipe removed from my roof and the resulting hole tiled over and made good.

Can anyone recommend a decent one-man band builder it he Colchester/Ipswich area?

Can not think of any in that part of the world know loads up here in Norfolk

We had a particularly good dwarf builder come round to make a limestone hutch for our rabbit, but I can't remember his name.
