Why buy a CAT D car for £32000 when we can sell you one thats clear for less

Can't you ask the seller a question

And ask if he's got any pictures of the actual car rather than yours

NOT LEGAL ADVICE but:-

Send him a message saying that he has used you photo without you permission in breach of your copyright. In addition to this he has, by implication, branded your car a CatD car therefore reducing it's retail value by £x,000.

Then add what you want him to do ie pay £100 compensation, remove photo, etc.

Doubt it'll do more than sh1t him up, if at all, but worth a go. Oh and you might like to report him to ebay.

Ask him why he's using pics of your car and report him to ebay. Also threaten legal action!

"I suggest you withdraw this item, the pictures are clearly NOT of the car you are selling, and we have NO wish to be associated with a CAT D car, as the vehicle we are selling is most certainly not.
