There is a huge amount of work and money gone into there.....................................

But why????? When there are true driver's cars available for much less than he will have spent on that (and not all with huge insurance costs). Look at mini's, huge fun, loads of modding potential and cheap to work on / run / make your own.

And why am I not surprised that the seller is called Wayne?

Hahahahahahahahahahaha.

About the only nod to good taste there was the attempt to make the bonnet look a bit like an SD1. Pity he didnt graft the Rover V8 in as well.....

I always thought that the 'tomcat' was one of Rovers better cars, but that thing looks like it spent too long in the painters oven!!

What a crying shame.

Rover Coupe has a lovely profile, really nice shape, and I always thought the VVC was a much more useable car than the Turbo. That is also a low mileage late model too.

Why do they do it? A really nice car ruined

Well I guess I`m the odd one out, because apart from the bonnet I think the side profile is OK.

It is hideous, but at least it looks like it has been competently done.

As opposed to this Rover:
