A non-internet friend of mine is looking for a P30 cartridge for his record deck. I think 'P30' refers to the cartridge and not the deck... anyway, does sanyone know where I might find one? Cheers all!

I'd have thought any Technics dealer would have them.

I've got a P30S cartridge on my SL-DD33 turntable. Haven't had to replace it as yet and that is about 12 years old.

.... but I bet you'd notice the difference if you did.

Funny, you'd imagine that a piece of diamond would wear out a slab of vinyl, yet the converse also applies.

Try Maplin electronics, they have a wide range of turntable bits still available and branches all over the country for an "off liner", or thier online catalogue is excellent
