BBC have put up the best, worst and most irritating adverts:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/4134655.stm

I can't believe that there is no mention of any of the esure ones in the unbelieveably irritating section.

I quite like the 3 radio ads with the monkey trying to "stuff" the turkey.....

What are your nominations for the best and worst of the year?

The worst, as always, have to be McDonalds. How, when they spend more on advertising than most 3rd world countries do on food, do they keep coming up with such boring ads?

The Citroen ad (dancing Transformer) was a good one, just a shame it wasn't a decent car though.

The worst one have to be the loan shark one with Vorderman... or the similair one featuring real life punters from the planet thick.

Truly shite.

Quite like some of the Clio ads though

That's what you get when you watch Tricia....

I can't belive that the Clio one got banned as it could offend people with Parkinsons....

My very worst are the Elephant.co.uk ones.

I would like to beat the monumentally irritating bloke to death with his shabby elephant.

All the 3 mobile ads are dreadful...I would NOT buy any 3 mobile product because of this ad campaign..

and some advert with a policewoman controlling traffic whilst singing "what a feeling"! I could not tell you what it is advertising as I hate it so much I actually turn over if it comes on!!!

any advert where someone has had a fall at work but received £3000 compensation.

any ad with old people recomending walk in baths or beds which electronically alter at the push of a button!!

But the most annoying has to be with the fing guy who keeps answering people's phones thinking he's at work!!!!!!!

He is dead. I hope you feel bad about that now!

About 6 months ago of some kind of cancer I think. His family wanted the adverts to go on so they could remember him.

Still really, really annoying though. Come on, who'd want to remember their son by that ing advert!!!!

Nope, it was in the Daily Mail. I don't think even they would make it up....

I think you're winding us up. There is no mention of it on either the Telegraph, BBC News or indeed the Daily Mail websites.

It's got to be the Ocean Finance adverts. Consolidate your loans into one payment over 300 years ... you'll be paying less each month than you do now

20 stone bird (loosely calling her a bird) "I had the first good nights sleep in years" - what did she do? Buy a bed with better springs?

Or the couple, "we got so much (money) we even had a little bit left over" .....

Yep. Looking out from her £1m Parliament View apartment I bet Vorderperson is always on the phone for a loan. Twice nightly whitely would be a more realistic front. As for the planet people, it's got to be a way of telling the viewing public what their target audience is and presumably it's working. There aren't that many memorable ads around just now...

During a Google search to prove or disprove the death of the bloke in the Elephant.co.uk advert, I came across a lovely comment on Carol Vorderman.

I can't find it again right now, but it basically implied that her business voicemail message automatically says "If you're phoning about work; I'll do it. Send me the cheque".

HONDA ads this year have been clever and different IMO.

Worst ads, everything else.
