Missing text messages?

Hi,
Just wondering if anybody else is suffering from missing text messages on their mobiles?

I'm with o2 and haven't received any since the 18th, but know several different people have texted me

Don't know if i am missing any texts..I am certainly not going to call everyone and ask if they have texted me

Im on O2 and I have been recieving texts as normal. There are a few people I have expected texts off, but havnt recieved any, but I think thats more down to them being bastards and not texting me than the messages not getting through

what phone do you have?

i have a K700i called o2 they said theres a fault on these phones and to take it into an o2 shop for a irmware upgrade free of charge.

I take it you have powered it off/on. Sometimes the nertwork needs a bump to know you're there. Had one go missing for two days recently

I went through a stage of some reaching me and others not. On O2 too but phone was bashed in so was more likely that!

Thanks for the info. I have a K700i and have had lots of txt's go missing and had just thought it was a network problem.

guys - sometimes it's just the network, they get VERY busy this time of year and even the best ones do lose some of the messages...

wait to NYE for proof on delays and lost messages

of course you're never billed though

try the swapping network trick,get into the settings and search for networks,it wont let you swap but does something to kick it into life
