Alternative Alphabet

Has anyone else come across an alternative alphabet - our latin master 'Flob' used to recite this one around Xmas - but I paid little attention as ever - now I can only remember a few letters ... it begins

A for horses
B for ham

some others ...
F for vescent
N for mation
