I did My old boy kindly got me "Roger's Profanisaurus" which features gems such as:

BHF (British Hand Full)- The measurment with which breasts are usualy measured.

Hunt For Brown October - The act of seeking out and destroying a u-bend u-boat with a bog brush or stick

Gingle - The forlorn state of being Ginger and Single

Taxi Tiger - A desperate last chance lunger on the way home

Sally Gunnell - A motor trader term to describe a used car i.e. not much to look at but a good runner.

Somebody here got one of those 20Q things, the hand held version of this >> www.20q.net/ which is the online version.

The principle is you think of a common object and the machine plays 20 questions to guess what it is. Rather uncanny in accuracy.

I thought of a brassiere, well why not.

The questions had us in tears.......

Is it pleasurable?....... hmmm depends
Can you open it?.... hmmmm sometimes with a following wind.
Is it hard?...... well something is
Can it be placed on your head?..... sometimes if being very silly.

Anyway it guessed correctly after 25 questions. The first guess at 20 questions was a cinnamon roll. Pardon!

The trainers for doing a runner after recieving the letter

And the book, to educate, so the above are not repeated

Well - if there's an award for the best pressie you did NOT get - then I'd like to nominate myself .....

Mrs. K told me this morning that she ordered from Amazon, back in early October, an autographed copy of 'The Long Way Round' by Ewan and Charlie.

She got an email from Amazon about 3 weeks ago to say they were having problems .... then an email last week to say that they were unable to get any, and cancelled the order

So rushed to Plan B - an autographed copy of Martin Brundles book - which is a great read.

If anyone has an unwanted autographed copy of the long way round ... then the Kinky Charity is always open for donations ......

I got one of these a few years back! I was kinda stunned into dumb silence at the time, especialy as my blood pressure is normally very low and hardly needs monitoring.

How ever this year everything was truly surpassed by

Truly remarkable... note Wing'd Horse Of Chav Tat just visible in the background.
