Off boarding in Les Arcs on Boxing day

Not been much snow in the Alps until last weekend, so I'd recommend somewhere high. Or Canada

Er - I think this should be in the pub.

Unless you're driving out.

Probably best not to drive to Canada though.

Fernie, BC in 46 days

I can recommend:

Banff / Lake Louise / Sunshine - Canada

Courchevel - France

Tignes - France

Going to Wengen on the 27th - not a great deal of snow. Last year went to Saas Fe where there was loads of snow and excellent weather for the whole week - I think they have plenty of snow this year again - its quite high. Otherwise go to whistler

Austria 2nd week in Jan
Lake Tahoe last full week in Jan & 1st week in Feb

Figure I might be able to get an extra another week in somewhere else this winter as well ...

... plus I have 3 weeks booked of in August - planning go around the planet and ski Argentina, New Zeland & Australia !!

... People at work seem to think I have a problem ...

... but they don't understand !!

I love skiing

Off boarding in Teigns on the 1st and then for a week in Chamonix for some powder,

but if you have the time and money i defo recomend Canada, much cheaper than France ( and surprisingly less French!)

Personally I prefer scuba diving to leaping off a snowy mountain with a couple of bits of 2 by 4 strapped to me feet...

In Steamboat right now. It's been snowing all day, and it's mighty cold - not expected to get above 0 tomorrow, and I don't mean deg C

Still, skiing is great.
