I have just had an appointment car through from my local hospital for an appointment at a fracture clinic. On the back of the appointment card is an advert for the local lowlife ambulance chasing no-win-no-fee “Hospital visits can be arranged” fraternity.

And the legal profession in this country why it no longer commands any respect? Look across the pond people, you know how this is going to turn out; huge liability premiums for us and Porsches for the solicitors.
