Does anyone know where I can get one either online or from the highstreet?

I've Googled for a few, but they're all small things with 30 or so pieces. I was looking for something big and decent.

Doesn't Boots do that sort of thing? Jessops etc also?

Snappy Snaps offer this service, but I fear it might be for smallish jigsaw puzzles. I checked another company's and they only do 9 piece ones - obviously aimed at children!

I bought my dad a Postcode Puzzle from Firebox. Perhaps not what you're looking for but you give them your postcode and they produce a jigsaw made of an ariel photo of the address and surrounding area.

Bonusprint do some decent sizes:
315 pieces, size approx. A3, 40cm x 30cm. £24.99
750 pieces, size approx. A2, 56cm x 42cm. £29.99

I've used Shutterfly.com in the past and they've been very good, but bloody work web filters won't let me see if they do jigsaws. Mugs, mousemats and tshirts have all been consistently high quality.

I hear good things from www.photobox.co.uk - they do loads of different things with your pix.

Your favourite photo on a classic jigsaw puzzle, sized 240mm x 190mm (9½"x7½"). Made of sturdy card with a glossy surface. Available in 12-pieces (ideal for children).

have one of those too. Don't they also do a service where they'll do your photo too?
