Does anyone know the title and artist of the last song from the last episode of channel four's "The OC"?

I know I know, the program's a load of tacky American guff, but this song was excellent and I can't place it, or who sang it, anywhere.

I would hazard a strong guess that it's called "Hallelujah" and it was sung by a chap. That's all I know, Google and Soulsearch have been unable to assist, I'm hoping that the three or four people who populate these forums over the weekend might be able to? Cheers, S

If its Hallelujah the Leonard Cohen song, many people have covered it over the years including Rufus Wainright (his version appeared in Shrek) and a truly glorious version by Jeff Buckley from his album Grace.

Try those for a start.

Well, after a towering display of incompetence on my part I've given up trying to download it and just bought 'Grace' off Play.com - cheers for the info.

That's even better. Its a truly staggering album, possibly my favourite album of all time.

Good man.
